What Happens Next
Once you complete the assessment, a member of our team will review your responses and connect you with the environment that best fits your current leadership season. For most pastors, that begins with the Barnabas Room — a monthly gathering where you will meet seasoned pastoral coaches and a small group of lead pastors who are walking a similar road.
From there, the relationship grows. As trust develops and your needs become clearer, there are additional pathways available to you — from focused coaching to specific cohorts addressing vision, revitalization, elder dynamics, team health, and spiritual care.
The first step is simply showing up at the table.
